Dressing up day for book week
The children looked amazing in the array of costumes for World Book Day - I am sorry we were unable to dress up on the actual book day, this was due to year 6 taking part in their bikeability (which would have been impossible in their costumes.) We started the morning with the children showing off their outfits to the rest of the school. They all looked fantastic with Alannah Coles and Violet Dunn dressed as Cindy-Lou with amazing ‘hair-do’s’. Hudson Horton was a brilliant Paddington Bear—so cute and Franca Baillie looked superb as Bill Cipher, Samuel Littler looked fantastic as Cat Kid. We had several Dorothy’s complete with red shoes and Marnie Turner as a beautiful Moana. We even had a banana and a minion join us, Elliott Shepherd and William Larkin-Puttock. But, actually I thought the whole school including the adults entered the spirit with enthusiasm. Well done to all.
