Lower Key Stage 2 Football Team won against Park Way Juniors 5-0
The team worked hard against a tough opposition and tricky playing conditions. The first half of the game Bredhurst attacked an extremely muddy end of the pitch resulting in the ball bobbling and sticking to the playing surface. After struggling to convert several opportunities, Toby opened the scoring with a clean powerful strike. Both teams created many opportunities in the first half but the score remained 1-0 to Bredhurst.
The second half saw Bredhurst attacking at the better end of the pitch, with some very good football skills resulting in another 4 goals, Harper 2 Freddie 1 and Felicity 1 resulting in a 5-0 win for Bredhurst!
Well done to our defenders who managed to keep a second clean sheet.
