On Wednesday 30th November, our small but wonderful choir took part in the 2022 Medway Carol Festival at Rochester Cathedral, which involves many local schools. Thee were 340 children involved in in on our day. We rehearsed in the morning and performed to parents in the afternoon.
"There were loads of other schools there and we were the smallest school. We were singing Christmas carols. Parents, the Mayor and his wife and headteachers watched us. My auntie came to watch me. It was good fun."
Jeremy - Year 5
"We went to the cathedral, it was really big and it was my first time there. We saw the organ and it was really big, the man playing it waved to us. We practised singing some Christmas carols. After a break we sang for our mummy's and daddy's and they enjoyed it. The experience was really good."
